What We're Watching in January
Welcome to the monthly list of TV & movie recs, suggested by the Casting Depot team 👋🏻 As you'll see in the list below, we have a range in taste as to what genres and storylines we love. So, I'm sure you'll find something here that peaks your interest.
Here's what we're streaming in January:
Lacey's List, Co-Founder @ Casting Depot
1. The Morning Show (Apple+)
Jennifer Aniston + Reese Witherspoon + Steve Carrell. The ultimate cast to tell the story of a corrupt media empire and the power of the #MeToo movement.

2. On the Basis of Sex (Netflix)
I was (two years) late to the party on watching this, but regardless I'm glad I found it. This RBG biography was both feel-good and empowering.

3. The Lie (Amazon Prime)
I'm a huge Blumhouse fan. It's not a suprise to me that they could take such a simple storyline and make it both entertaining and creepy at the same time.

4. Butterfly Kisses (Amazon Prime)
Probably the best "found-footage" "documentary" since The Blair Witch 2.
